Mexico City, September 26 - Viva Aerobus, Mexico's ultra-low-cost airline, will start operating its new connecting flights on October 1st. Passengers can already buy their tickets with the option to stop at the Monterrey International Airport, thus connecting with more than 30 destinations, since Viva Aerobus is the company that offers the largest number of routes from this city.
With this announcement, Viva Aerobus expands its coverage exponentially, because of its commitment to an accessible and competitive connection that generates savings for passengers, stimulate the industry and boost the tourism and business opportunities.
"We are always exploring options to meet the diverse needs of passengers. Our new connecting flights multiply their opportunities to fly wherever they want at the best price. For example, now travelers from the Mexican southeast such as Merida, Cancun or Villahermosa can fly, via Monterrey, to cities in the northwest such as Hermosillo, Tijuana and Culiacan, and vice versa, considering that many of these places do not connect directly. Considering this announcement, added to the opening of 5 new non-stop routes from Monterrey only during this year, Viva Aerobus will be increasing by 19% the number of its available seats from / to Monterrey by the end of the year, having offered more than 4.1 million tickets for the end of 2018. Thus, the airline confirms, once again, its commitment to the city that saw its birth, for the benefit of its connectivity and passenger traffic.
